Here we go for the first 3 videos of the MUDGIRL Training Program! You only need a little space (watch out for the corner of your table), a water bottle, a towel and a mat if you wish. All exercises are done with body weight! Let Antonietta guide you through the week: it's time to let go, dance, sweat and take care of yourself. Take a break and dedicate this time for your well-being. YOU DESERVE IT 😉
