-
Design and formalize the sales strategy (ticketing, subscriptions, groups, hospitality)
-
Identify growth levers: price segmentation, yield management, special offers, packages
-
Define commercial priorities by period (pre-season, match day, off-season) and translate them into action plans
-
Monitor competitive intelligence on pricing practices and revenue strategies in sports and events
Performance Analysis & Reporting
-
Continuously analyze sales performance (ticketing, CRM, distribution channels) and produce regular reports for the Marketing Director and Management
-
Build and maintain management dashboards (revenue KPIs, conversion rates, renewal rates, customer lifetime value)

CRM Management & Optimization
-
Drive the CRM strategy: segmentation, scoring, customer lifecycles, loyalty programs
-
Define CRM communication scenarios (acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation)
-
Ensure the quality and enrichment of the customer database (GDPR compliance, deduplication, completeness)
-
Monitor the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and report on them in dedicated reports
In collaboration with the Communications Manager and the Customer Service Manager:
Interface & Internal Coordination
-
Brief the Communications Manager on all requests related to commercial campaigns and activations, without handling their execution
-
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align the sales strategy with the overall brand direction
-
Serve as the primary point of contact with ticketing providers, CRM platforms and analytics tools
Creative Collaboration & Marketing Offer Formulation
-
Work in close collaboration with the Communications Manager to design and formalize promotional offers: structure key messages, propose creative angles and ensure consistency between the commercial promise and content execution
-
Participate in the strategic setup of campaigns by ensuring alignment between sales objectives, offer positioning and communication materials produced by the Comms team
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the commercial messaging: adapt wording based on field feedback, campaign results and market trends
Customer Experience
-
Brief the Customer Service Manager on all actions to be carried out on the ticketing platform: event launches, promotional offers and any other necessary modifications
-
Work in close collaboration with the Customer Service Manager on the creation and update of operational resources: FAQs, support documents and guides for participants
-
Provide the Customer Service Manager with the information needed to ensure the update of response templates and optimization of automations on the FreshDesk platform
Secondary Tasks:
-
Participation in events (setup, animation, breakdown)
