This year, MUDGIRL is teaming up with EVIVE Smoothie to show you a few healthy recipes for before your run ! 


EASY MUFFIN RECIPE WITH SAMURAÏ SMOOTHIES CUBE


INGREDIENTS

- Samourai Evive Cubes

- 1 cup of Buckweat Flour

- 1 cup of quick oatmeal flakes

- 1/2 cup cane sugar

- 1  teaspoon baking powder

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 1 pinch of salt

- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 chia egg (1 tbsp ground chia seeds + 3 tbsp water)

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


STEPS

1- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

2- Combine liquid ingredients in a second bowl.

3- Gradually mix the two bowls.

4- Grease a muffin pan and pour in half of the mixture.

5- Add one or two Evive cubes in the center of each mold.

6- Pour the second half of the mixture as well and cover the smoothie cube.

7- Bake for 12-17 minutes at 350°, depending on the intensity of your oven.



MOLASSE COOKIES, WITH APPLES AND SMOOTHIE CUBES PURE

Recipe for 12-15 cookies


INGREDIENTS

Dry ingredients

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 3/4 whole flour

- 1/4 cup oatmeal

- 1 teaspoon of baking soda

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (can be replaced by more all-purpose flour)


Moist mix

- One  Pure Evive smoothie wheel

- 1/2 cup cane sugar1 tablespoon molasses

- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil / canola

- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract1 cup of apples in small cubes


STEPS

1- Unmould 8 PURE smoothie cubes and let it melt in a bowl.

2- Preheat the oven to 350F. Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper.

3- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

4- In a second bowl, whisk together the sugar, the oil, the molasses, the vanilla extract and the thawed Pure cube.

5- Add the apples to the mixture.

6- Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.

7- Using an ice cream scoop, take balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them approximately 5 cm apart.

8- Bake 15 to 18 minutes, depending on the intensity of your oven.

9- Transfer the cookies to a rack to cool down, then store them in an airtight container.



It’s ready! You can enjoy and even start over the recipe with different flavours of Evive smoothies cubes


**A little advice, to keep the cookies, put them in an airtight container.



YUMMY VEGAN YOGURT PARFAIT & ACAI BERRY RECIPE

Approx. 2 servings


Ingredients

- ½ cup of vegan yogurt

- 2 Evive Asana smoothie wheels

- ½ cup of homemade granola


Preparation

1- Place the vegan yogurt at the bottom of a glass.

2- Let the smoothie wheels defrost at room temperature in a bowl for 20 minutes.

3- Crush and mix the cubes with the help of a fork in a bowl.

4- Add the pureed Asana smoothie into the glass.
