This Pink October, Every Gesture Matters

Born from MUDGIRL, the Pink Army is more than a community. It's a movement built on connection, support, and the strength we find in one another.

Through the Pink Army Foundation, that spirit extends beyond the course and continues year-round, empowering Breast Cancer Fighters and building a community where no one has to feel alone.

This October, as we come together for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're reminded that support can take many forms. It can be a message, a shared story, a moment of connection, or a simple step toward taking care of ourselves.

Every gesture matters. Every voice counts. Together, we can make a difference.

Show Your Support: Stand Together in Pink

Pink has become a powerful symbol of breast cancer awareness, but showing your support goes far beyond wearing a color.

It's about standing beside those affected by breast cancer, celebrating the strength of our community, and reminding Breast Cancer Fighters that they are not alone.

Wear pink. Share a message. Take a photo. Join the conversation.

Whether it's a small gesture or a moment shared with your MUDGIRL team, there are countless ways to show your support this October. Every action helps raise awareness, spark conversations, and bring our community closer together.

How are you showing your support this Pink October?

We want to see it! Share your Pink October photos and videos with us and help spread the message of a community that stands stronger together. Share How You Support

Share Your Story: Your Experience Can Make a Difference

Sometimes, the most meaningful support comes from knowing that someone else understands.

Every breast cancer journey is different. There are moments of uncertainty, lessons learned along the way, and experiences that can change how we see ourselves and the people around us.

Sharing these experiences can open up conversations that might otherwise go unspoken. It can offer a different perspective, help someone feel understood, or remind another person that they are not alone in what they're going through.

You don't need to have the perfect words or tell your entire story. It could be a moment that stayed with you, something you wish you had known earlier, or a piece of advice you would share with someone facing a similar experience.

One story can start a conversation. One shared experience can make someone feel less alone.

This Pink October, we invite you to share a moment, a lesson, or something that made a difference in your breast cancer journey. Your voice could mean more to someone than you realize. Share Your Story

Take Care of Yourself: Make Awareness Personal

Breast cancer awareness is also about taking a moment for yourself.

In the middle of busy schedules and everyday responsibilities, it's easy to put our own well-being aside. Pink October is an opportunity to pause, check in with ourselves, and make space for conversations about breast health and prevention.

Prevention and breast health education are at the heart of Keep A Breast's mission. Through its free app, Keep A Breast makes learning about breast self-checks more accessible, helping people become familiar with their bodies and recognize changes that may need medical attention.

Taking a few minutes to learn about your breast health is a simple way to become more informed and proactive. Self-checks are not a substitute for recommended screening or medical advice, but knowing what is normal for you can help you notice changes and seek guidance when needed.

Pause. Check in. Take care of yourself.

Because awareness isn't just about supporting others. It's also about giving yourself the attention and care you deserve.

Stronger Together, This October and Beyond

At the heart of the Pink Army is a simple belief: we are stronger when we show up for one another.

Through MUDGIRL, we've seen the power of a community that comes together, encourages one another, and celebrates every step forward. Through the Pink Army Foundation, that same spirit continues to support Breast Cancer Fighters throughout the year.

This Pink October, let's turn that connection into action.

Show your support. Share your story. Take care of yourself. Start a conversation. And keep showing up for one another, in October and every month that follows.

Because together, we raise awareness, strengthen connections, and build a community where no one has to feel alone.

Together, we stand stronger. Together, we are the Pink Army.
