WELCOME TO OUR MUDGIRL ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM

This 6 weeks fitness program is built for women from all sports levels and ages in order to keep being motivated and healthy! 

Every week, 3 new trainings will be published on the platform. All the online trainings last around 25min and will be a mix between cardio and strengthening. Listen to the helpful advices from our ambassador Antonietta during the videos and you will be more than ready to finish this program and rock the MUDGIRL race!
