Tropical Nice Cream

Here is a light recipe, based on frozen fruit: perfect for small snacks or as a refreshment!



Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Frozen mangoes (to your convenience)

  • Frozen pineapple (to your convenience

  • 125 ml of coconut milk (coconut milk is not necessary, it will only give a creamier texture to your preparation)


Mix these ingredients in a blender, you will get a fairly thick mixture.

Put this mixture in a bowl, then add the toppings of your choice: grated coconut, chocolate chips, granola, chia seeds, red fruits, etc... 🍍



This recipe can be used as a breakfast or a snack. This recipe is light enough to enjoy on these last days of summer! 🌅
