Yummy Chicken Pasta Salad

Let's prep some yummy, nourishing food for the week! Here is one of our easy recipes we enjoy — We suggest checking out the recipe now, grocery shop over the weekend and prep Sunday to have meal prep for the week, OR enjoy tonight! 😜


RECIPE:

  • 2 medium cooked chicken breasts, shredded or chopped

  • 2 ripe avocado diced

  • 1 pound cooked rotini pasta or similar

  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped basil

  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

This one is super easy to make and tastes so good! Great for snacking, lunches, and dinner!
